Dinner at Pierre Reboul

A chateau in the middle of strip malls! Tucked away into a small forest lies the slightly faded Chateau which houses the restaurant.
The cuisine is modern French with some twists. The ingredients are sourced from all over the country and Spain and are of high quality. The flavour profile is Mediterranean.
Some excellent dishes like to Omble Chevalier, Turbot and Carabinero
