Wonderful piece at @sushi_tsubomi.s by @keiyakawaguchi

A classic of sushi Omakase in japan. You’ll find Kuruma Ebi at almost every sushi ya. However having a good one is difficult. The preparation and temperature are essential. Having it serve warm with the miso creates a perfect harmony.
