It is fitting that the American Chef Nick Curtin found a neighbourhood in Copenhagen which easily could be in the Lower East Side in Manhattan. A creaking elevator full of graffiti brings you to the second floor, where the dining room and completely open kitchen is located.
The food is serious business with interesting combinations of flavours. Little flaws in the execution did not deter us from really enjoying the meal.
The one Guide Michelin star after just one year is totally deserved.
They also have from time to time a Jazz dinner with great music and a set menu and drinks. Even more fun!
