Santora miso ramen in Tokyo.

Santora quickly became one of the hottest miso ramen spots in Tokyo after opening in 2019. Will this be the one to beat? I visited after meeting up with ramen superstar Susuru for sushi. This was one of his favorite bowls of the year. Check out my YouTube video! Like and subscribe!

Miso ramen like in Sapporo, the chef actually worked there before opening the place in Tokyo.
The noodles very eggy and with a slight curle.

Recommended bowl: Sapporo Sumire style

An authentic spot for Sapporo style miso ramen, made with pork based soup, lard, white miso and bean sprouts, served scalding hot straight out of a wok, with Sapporo style tamagomen egg noodles, diced negi, and grated ginger. The master previously worked as the manager at the famous Sapporo shop Sumire. Shoyu ramen and shio ramen also available on the menu. Open since October 29th, 2019.
