Recommended bowl: Sapporo Sumire style

An authentic spot for Sapporo style miso ramen, made with pork based soup, lard, white miso and bean sprouts, served scalding hot straight out of a wok, with Sapporo style tamagomen egg noodles, diced negi, and grated ginger. The master previously worked as the manager at the famous Sapporo shop Sumire. Shoyu ramen and shio ramen also available on the menu. Open since October 29th, 2019.
