Second visit at Ikarus. This time the guest chef was Henrik Yde-Andersen from Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, whose menu created a short trip to Thailand, which I love. Incredible service as usual, plus very good wine pairing.
I really like Ikarus as a a place and concept. The atmosphere is very nice and the service is just incredible. Staff was very friendly and doing perfect presentations.
Everything was cooked perfectly and arriving just at the right time.
If you are going close to Salzburg, you should put this place on your wishlist, plus it is also located in Hangar 7, which will give you the option to review the incredible collection in the Redbull museum.
