This little shop in the old district of Kanazawa arguably produces the best pancakes you can taste. Airy, light but flavourful the appear huge but disappear in your mouth into a pleasant taste.
I had the Eggs Benedikt, probably the best ones I have ever had.

The Sakura edition pancake at my favourite coffee place in Kanazawa. Cafe Tamon is a hidden gem in the best area of Kanazawa.
