This is a place for die hard tonkatsu enthusiasts. Focusing in the special cross breed pork, TOKYO-X. Comprised of a cross of Berkshire, Duroc and Beijing Black breeds... which has been bred for 5 generations. A lot of effort required to eat here, including going to the outskirts of Osaka early, signing up at 730am and killing 3.5 hours of time. Tasty yes, but I don't think I will do that again

Fantastic Tonkatsu in Osaka. They feature six different porks including an Iberico in various cuts. In addition you can have some fancy ones with foie gras or cheese.
Usually there is a long line but at least you can put your name down and go for a walk.
