After leaving the office, I headed to Tonkatsu Mange in Yao, as the rain had lightened up. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was just one seat available right at the front, so I was seated immediately. Today, they were out of the premium Super Golden Pork, so I opted for the Aji Pork ribeye with white truffle salt as a set meal. When it comes to tonkatsu, ribeye is always my first choice because of its delicious fat. I started with a bite without any seasoning, then tried it with the truffle salt. The meat was tender, the fat melted in my mouth, and the exterior was crispy. The first bite is always the best, and I feel like the taste diminishes over time, so I tend to finish my meal quickly every year. I enjoyed my meal today as well. It was a great meal. On weekdays, if I suddenly crave tonkatsu, I can easily go to Tonkatsu Mange, which is great. I hope it never becomes a place where reservations fill up in an instant, making it hard to get a table, no matter how delicious it is.
