Finally made it to the famous Tonkatsu Mange! I wrote my name down at 8 AM and was able to enter at 1:30 PM. Despite it being a rainy day, the wait was longer than I expected. I was so hungry that I ended up ordering too much, but I was completely satisfied! The tonkatsu was, of course, amazing, but I was also surprised by the perfectly cooked fried scallops. I believe the red miso soup here is uniquely delicious. Personally, I might just stick to the tenderloin for my tonkatsu... (I forgot the brand, but when I ordered the most expensive one, the fat was so rich that it made me feel a bit heavy.) It was a great meal!
