I had heard rumors about this popular tonkatsu restaurant but hadn’t been able to visit until I happened to pass by and noticed there was only a short line. I finally got to try it! I ordered the Special Tenderloin, which was beautifully pink, incredibly tender, and delicious. Eating tonkatsu with salt instead of sauce was a unique and exceptional experience.
