I heard there’s an incredibly delicious tonkatsu restaurant, so I woke up early to wait for it to open! I was able to make a reservation for the second round and received a call just after 12:30 to come in. The tonkatsu was, of course, delicious, but everything on the plate—salad, pickles, miso soup, and rice—was equally tasty. Although there’s only counter seating, the calm atmosphere allowed me to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. I will definitely come back!
