It was a refined and carefully prepared tonkatsu.【TOKYO-X (80g)】This was shocking.As soon as I took a bite, the high-quality fat melted in my mouth. Yet, it was not greasy at all and was melt-in-your-mouth tender.I thought to myself, "I've never had tonkatsu this good before." There are various condiments available, but I wanted to enjoy this one as it was, without any dipping sauce. The meat itself was that delicious.【Himuro Pork (80g)】This had a great balance of meat flavor and delicious fat, providing a satisfying bite. It was another example of the unique taste of branded pork.Branded pork is truly delicious!【Condiments】The white truffle salt had a strong truffle aroma, which I personally loved. There was also black charcoal salt available.The original sauce had a tangy flavor and was refreshing, while the tonkatsu sauce was rich and packed with umami.【Set Meal + JPY 730】The salad, rice, red miso soup, and pickles were all delicious.The salad is best with olive oil and salt. The red miso soup had a unique flavor that made me want to drink more. Even the pickles were excellent.Additionally, you can refill your rice up to three times.Not only the tonkatsu but also the side dishes were delicious.
