I visited on a Saturday night, making this my third time here. I arrived at 8:40, and by then, the lunch menu was already mostly filled out, but for dinner, I was third in line for the first round!Surprisingly, when I headed there for the evening opening, there were still some seats available. It seems that recently, the dinner crowd hasn’t been as busy, and sometimes you can get in without a reservation. However, by the time I left, the place was fully booked.I ordered the Extreme Half & Half (Himuro Pork) Set Meal along with a Black Tea Sorbet. The Himuro Pork was in the front, and in the back was the Premium Tenderloin Tonkatsu. The Himuro Pork was tender, and even the fatty parts were easy to eat. I had seconds on the rice and salad, and I left feeling completely satisfied!
