Arguably one of the best yakiniku in Japan. Some very interesting cuts.

- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Lunch Bibi Dani Garcia at Bibo Dani Garcia
The casual bistro and tapas bar in the Puente Romano Hotel.
Fun, experimental and internationally inspired tapas and main course. The brioche tapas were excellent with a great calibration of flavours.

- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Dinner at Skina at Skina
Super small restaurant in the old town with about 12 seats and beautiful decor.
The cuisine is regional and seasonal, but not cheap. The quality and flaws in the execution fall short of the ambition, although there were some very good dishes like the risotto and the soufflé.

- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Dinner at INUA at Inua - Closed
Noma outpost in Tokyo. Huge dining room with Scandinavian interior. Very interesting dishes however for my taste somewhat too many dishes with fermentation and oils which leave a too strong taste on the palate.

Not really the real thing. Mozzarella stick with too much bread crumbs, the pizza dough undercooked on the edges and then getting soggy in the middle.
