Recommended bowl: Benten inspired

A tsukemen specialty shop, serving shoyu soup made with Jidori chickens from Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture. Master Yamaguchi-san created special noodles with the purveyor Haneda Seimen called 'Muginoka,' which is the shop’s namesake and inspired by the legendary Takadanobaba (now Narimasu) ramenya Benten. This is the third ramen restaurant opened by Yamaguchi-san. His other two use noodles by Teigaku. Open since July 21, 2020.
