mega-convenient late night munchies in kitashinchi, one of the most renowned and i believe the pioneer for these ‘bite sized’ gyozas. fried to order with ample amounts of oil and pressed to make them extra crispy.

orders are a minimum of 15 pieces (20 if you order from the english menu) and a drink, which seemed doable but i found them too oily and greasy for me. but after some late night drinking i can see how these could potentially be extremely appealing.... More
