This is a special treat, an Edo-Mae sushi restaurant in Norway, prepared and served by the very experienced Chef Roger Asakil Joya, one of the few Chefs outside Japan to be accredited by the All Japan Sushi Association
He uses local fish, ages and prepares it in a very traditional way, but then adds some modern touch to it to embellish the experience.
All in a very delightful and surprising dinner.
