Young husband wife team produce a excellent shoyu ramen with two kinds of chashu. The gyoza are served not as usual with a sauce but only with salt.

Recommended bowl: Shellfish soup

Light soup contains oysters, asari clams and shijimi clams, combined with a shoyu tare using a base of local Kyoto shoyu blended with other varieties. Noodles are house-made. Topped with thinly sliced rare pork chashu and bamboo shoots. Open since October 2017, with a second shop Kiyo open since October 2018.
