Interesting project of a hedge fund guy. Eclectic architecture creates an homely space in a town house in the northeast of Kyoto. The cooking is simple, super seasonal with only local ingredients used. Everything gets served home-style.
The wines are all natural from locations as exotic as Georgia, not really my case.
