It serves traditional sushi, very fresh and unaged at very reasonable prices.

I am not a great fan of Pujol in Mexico and therefore it does not surprise me that Cosme in NYC does not inspire me also.
All dishes are composed thoughtfully, have a lot of acidity and taste well. I just think there is a lack of heart to them.
