- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Dinner at SATOブリアンにごう at SATO Briand Nigo
A very small Yakiniku places close to the Asagaya station serves up one of the best cuts of beef you can get.
Their cuts of tongue melt in your mouth.

Funny story on the side:
We went there during one of the very rare snow storms in Tokyo. So as it is custom in Japan, when one of the customers leaves one of the Chefs has to stand outside the restaurant bowing until this customer dispapears out of sight. Now as most of the customers turned right towards the train station the poor young man who had this tasks of standing outside assigned to him had to face the entire evening the driving wind and snow bowing to his leaving customers. We really felt for this poor chap. Less

Very thankful that master sushi Chef Saito squeezed my son and me in.

- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Dinner at Terra at Terra at Eataly Boston with Amy Huber
The upmarket restaurant of Eataly in Boston. A menu centred around the in these times ubiquitous open fire pit with a interesting flexible menu.
There is the option of a tasting menu, one can just choose small plates or skewers, tapas style or just have a meal starter, main and desert.
All dishes were well executed, flavourful and nicely plated.... More

All dishes were well executed, flavourful and nicely plated. The high lite of the meal were lamb chops served almost rare (on my request).
A good casual fine dining restaurant. Less

- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Dinner at Ristorante Tokuyoshi at Tokuyoshi
Third one of the Japanese Italian fusion places in Milano.
Very interesting colour coded cuisine. Well thought are, great flavours and good execution.
The wine pairing was quite good with the occasional sake thrown in.
Of the three probably the most interesting.

One of the interesting Japanese-Italian fusion places. Modern decor, clean cuisines with laser sharp focus, excellent sake list with precise and clear descriptions

- Gerhard Huber added a new meal Dinner at Ristorante Sadler at Sadler
A restaurant in decline. Old Chef, old decor, it is time to think about retirement. The Guide obviously had the same impression and took one star away the day after we were there.
