Treis トレイス 2nd visit — really enjoyed the focus on the purity of the ingredients’ original flavors truism place as most dishes were prepared with only salt and water. Highlight was the Hokkaido hairy crab baked inside bread crust in order to lock in its moisture and flavor. Too bad the beef was slightly overcooked again like last time. •
