Ginza Ankyu 銀座安久 1st visit — opened last year, Tokyo branch of the renowned Kyoto restaurant. Haven’t been to the Kyoto location but food quality here is already quite high. Sujiko, katsuo and kinmedai were all great, though the highlight was definitely the mushroom and wagyu shabu shabu, as a mushroom lover it really hit the spot. •
