Niku no Takumi Miyoshi にくの匠三芳 1st visit — The meal started with white miso fugu shirako soup which was sweet and warming, followed by thinly sliced crunchy beef tongue. Also loved the fukahire and abalone in beef stock and the soy sauce marinated egg yolk on rice. Top quality ingredients, spacious and comfortable counter seats, good wine service. Would love to revisit in a different season. •
