Chinese bed 中華寝台 1st visit — relatively new Chinese restaurant opened in 2019. Talented young chef and well executed meal. Some creative combinations such as char siu with blue cheese and Peking duck with ume sauce. Kinmedai and fukahire were perfectly cooked; 4 types of rice and noodles served at the end, all delicious. The meal was definitely above my expectation. •
