Smyth Chicago 1st visit — very casual for a 2 Michelin star restaurant. Some interesting combinations but execution needs improvement. First half of the meal were cold dishes, not very suitable for early winter Chicago. @szsnyder_

One night in Chicago, 16 Rouget Echezeaux, although young, was showing very well. Floral, smoky, spicy nose, generous and vibrant fruit, silky texture. Rich and deep, powerful yet classy. All elements in harmony, just need 10-15 years to evolve. @szsnyder_
