I visited for dinner and was amazed from start to finish; this is the best Italian food I've ever had! The specialties included Foie Gras with Mango, Chilled Cappellini with Peach, Sea Urchin Pasta, and Abalone Risotto. I felt so fortunate to experience these dishes in this season. I can't wait to come back and enjoy this wonderful restaurant again in a different season!
I visited this restaurant for lunch with a friend. Since there was a partnered parking lot (which was extremely narrow), we drove there, and decided to add the three types of non-alcoholic wine pairing as a treat. All the dishes were incredibly refined, especially the first appetizer, the onion focaccia, and the specialty smoked foie gras, which were simply outstanding. All the dishes were incredibly refined, especially the first appetizer, the onion focaccia, and the specialty smoked foie gras, which were simply outstanding. It was my first time trying smoked foie gras, and I could have eaten about 30 more pieces... However, the tagliolini pasta was a bit on the thinner side for tagliolini, and the flavor of the mushroom was quite dominant, making the pasta sauce itself rather subtle. It felt more like tasting the aroma of the mushrooms, which wasn't quite to my liking. But the following flap meat and the final melon dessert left me in bliss until the very end. I had an exquisite day off. It was a great meal! Less
This is the most wonderful Italian restaurant I have ever visited, and I was impressed by each dish.I enjoyed seasonal ingredients so much that I want to come back in a different season.Every dish showcased the chef's exceptional talent, and I was continuously amazed by the discoveries, such as how pairing raw fish with fruits and cheese can create such a delightful marriage of flavors, or questioning what I had been eating as foie gras until now.I was generously served summer truffles, and I truly... Even after returning home, my husband and I kept talking about how amazing that Isaki was.Another wonderful aspect is the extensive selection of non-alcoholic drinks on the menu. While many places only offer coffee or tea after a meal, this restaurant allows you to choose from a wide variety.I made a reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they kindly added a message to the dessert plate.Since our child is still young, we can't visit often, but I definitely want to come back to this restaurant! I visited for the first time. All the dishes were delicious, but the basil pasta was especially good.It was so tasty that I forgot to take a photo (laughs).I paired my meal with some drinks. The plates were stylish, and I was completely satisfied with everything.

Cucina Italiana Gallura ガッルーラ 1st visit — highly rated Italian restaurant in Nagoya. Cozy, intimate interior, kinda like a classic bistro. Pasta and risotto dishes were great, but nothing super memorable. Portions were on the lighter side, I was only 70% full after the meal. •
