This is the most wonderful Italian restaurant I have ever visited, and I was impressed by each dish.I enjoyed seasonal ingredients so much that I want to come back in a different season.Every dish showcased the chef's exceptional talent, and I was continuously amazed by the discoveries, such as how pairing raw fish with fruits and cheese can create such a delightful marriage of flavors, or questioning what I had been eating as foie gras until now.I was generously served summer truffles, and I truly appreciate the spirit of service.Personally, I can't forget the Isaki (grunted sea bream) carpaccio. Even after returning home, my husband and I kept talking about how amazing that Isaki was.Another wonderful aspect is the extensive selection of non-alcoholic drinks on the menu.While many places only offer coffee or tea after a meal, this restaurant allows you to choose from a wide variety.I made a reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they kindly added a message to the dessert plate.Since our child is still young, we can't visit often, but I definitely want to come back to this restaurant!
