Dinner at Korian (湖里庵)

We made a reservation for 8 people. While enjoying the stunning view, we were served beautifully crafted dishes with detailed explanations. The Nigoi soup had no unpleasant odor typical of freshwater fish, and its fluffy texture and rich flavor suggested it was prepared very fresh. We indulged in the bounties of Lake Biwa, including funa, biwa trout, and sweetfish, making for a truly wonderful experience.
