Ten Yokota 天よこた 1st visit — opened just over a year ago and already got a Michelin star. Very friendly chef (the son of the previous owner of 天冨良 よこ田) who speaks good English. Style of tempura is quite refined with some original twists such as curry salt in addition to regular salt. Favorite was the shiitake with shrimp meat, umami overload. A very enjoyable meal overall, definitely worth the star. •
