A very impressive meal at Okamoto おかもとfeaturing Echizen crab. Chef used to work at Wakuden and Yukimura. The crab was very well prepared, served raw, grilled, boiled, fried and as a crab miso dipping sauce. The saba sushi and karasumi soba were also highlights.•
