Kutan 久丹 3rd visit — a lot of grilled dishes this time: ayu (bigger and less bitter as season progresses); aoyagi clam (fresh and crunchy); and torigai (rich and sweet). King salmon and leek shabu was delicious. First time dining in the private room, chef made an effort to grill and shabu table side, but seating at the counter is still more fun. •
