The son of a restaurateur, Chef Sun Kim brings a combination of Korean heritage and Japanese aesthetics to Meta Restaurant. Not limited to local terroir, but instead focused on sourcing the best ingredients and applying French techniques, flavors and plating are modern but minimalist to match the room abutting an open kitchen. Well deserving of the 2024 upgrade from one to two Michelin Stars.
