Ginza Yamanobe 銀座やまの辺 2nd visit — love the Matsutake & Shanghai crab season! The Matsutake consommé was super concentrated, even better than eating the mushroom. Hairy crab roe and fukahire was an indulgent combination which hits the spot. Finally the 30-year Shanghai Hi-story was probably the best Shaoxing wine I’ve ever had, almost like a well balanced Oloroso. •
