A few highlights from my first visit to Ichita (いち太) in Tokyo. Great kaiseki, very friendly chef. Looking forward to another visit soon. Particularly liked ending with soba instead of rice.

Ichita いち太 1st visit — really appreciated the freshness of the ingredients but some dishes were slightly under seasoned. Highlights were the grilled baby ayu and fukahire tempura. The final soba course was refreshing. •
