Day 1: 2010 As Covas Pinot Noir — a collaboration project between Raul Perez and Rodrigo Mendez, only 800 bottles made. A very elegant expression of PN at only 12.5% alc, the herbal and mineral notes almost resembles a Baden Spatburgunder, but with higher concentration. A rare find.
