Ichiu 一宇 1st visit — opened 6 months ago, chef was trained for both sushi and kaiseki, including at Akasaka Kikunoi. Thus the meal is half kaiseki and half sushi which was quite interesting. Despite having had a big sushi lunch a few hours before, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. •
