A very enjoyable dinner at Ippei Hanten, pretty authentic flavor and a wide variety of dishes. Highlights were the shirako in vinegar sauce and the spicy beef pot. The grilled piglet was a little underwhelming as only 1 piece of the crispy skin was served. Great service in the private room.•
