Free flow caviar and ikura as toppings for an awesome dinner with some nice wines. This restaurant is well known for its Suppon course menu, and if you don't mind suppon head to tail, I highly recommend the course menu here. Great service as always and nicely flavoured dishes. A bit more progressive than your typical kappo restaurant, but still keeping to the more classic ideals for presentation and ingredient focus.

スッポン、カニ、キャビアコースメニュー。That is around 2kg of caviar, lots of funky turtle parts and crab. Pretty awesome course menu if you want to focus on these ingredients. I don't think I have eaten a head to tail turtle before until this meal. Not for the faint of heart also!

Gachirin 月輪 1st visit — a relatively new restaurant focused on suppon and crabs. The ingredients are definitely top notch — it was quite impactful to see 2kg caviar poured out in a bowl in front of you, buffet style. First time trying suppon liver, perfectly seasoned with goma oil. Great service and quite decent wine list, definitely worth checking out. •
