The omakase course uses an abundance of carefully selected ingredients. For example, you can enjoy Matsutake mushroom chawanmushi, hairy crab and caviar, bonito marinated in miso, tuna from Oma, and more. They also have a good selection of wine and sake. The restaurant offers a twist from the sensibility and experience cultivated abroad.

Azabu Saotome 麻布さおとめ 1st visit — chef recently closed his 1 Michelin start restaurant Kaiseki Den in Hong Kong and returned to Japan. The meal was a hybrid of kaiseki and sushi which was interesting. Chef was very focused and precise. Nice flow of dishes and not too stuffy. Overall a good dinner but nothing extremely memorable. •
