Azabu Saotome 麻布さおとめ 1st visit — chef recently closed his 1 Michelin start restaurant Kaiseki Den in Hong Kong and returned to Japan. The meal was a hybrid of kaiseki and sushi which was interesting. Chef was very focused and precise. Nice flow of dishes and not too stuffy. Overall a good dinner but nothing extremely memorable. •
