17 DRC RSV — although young it’s already drinking beautifully. Aromatic bouquet, fresh and vibrant fruit, refined tannins and long, mineral, spicy finish. Very charming at the moment with some serious aging potential.
15 DRC Corton — a bit muted compared to the RSV, ripe, meaty and muscular. Fresh acidity and firm tannins, together with the power and density, this wine can definitely last.
17 Roulot Perrieres — one of my favorite white Burgundy producers and parcels, mineral nose with hint of reduction, great tension on the palate, precise structure and balanced finish. Roulot never disappoints.
