The most refined Taiwanese cuisine in LA (or the US perhaps). The fish maw egg custard with @astrea_caviar was a umami bomb. Both meat dishes (lamb & wagyu) were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Also loved the table side Old Fashioned service with Kavalan whisky. @jonyao
