For the main course, the Costata di Maiale, a 14 oz Beeler’s heritage pork chop served with Murray’s roasted sweet Calabrian peppers, was cooked to perfection—succulent, juicy, and beautifully complemented by the sweetness of the peppers.

The Sine Qua Non Distentia 2019 White was remarkable, offering an intricate mix of depth and freshness, while the Tignanello 1997 was simply outstanding, with its mature complexity and seamless integration of fruit, earth, and spice.
