Located inside a 70 years old renovated Japanese traditional house, the cozy @hyene_omotesando is helmed by Chef @yooooocook who is of Japanese and Korean heritage. Restaurant Hyene — young female chef, interesting wine pairing, great marriage of Korean, Japanese and French elements. The potato cake with caviar and smoked cream was an original and delicious twist of the traditional caviar + blini + crème fraiche combination. •
