L’Atelier d’Edmond, 2 Michelin stars — had high expectations since this is the only 2 Michelin starred restaurant in the area but was a bit disappointed. The seasoning of most dishes were off, either too salty or too sweet. The pigeon was perfectly cooked but the duck was extremely overcooked to the point of uneatable.. good chartreuse selection though •
