Pop up by chef Sato Shinichi, ex-chef of the Michelin starred Passage 53 in Paris. The menu focuses on mushrooms, one of my favorite ingredients. Favorite was the mixed mushrooms with egg yolk and Parmesan cheese, the taste of autumn. And the “egg mushroom” really does look like a boiled egg! •
