Crazy natural wine night, 5 magnums and 2 regular bottles for 6 people. Especially impressed by the Alexandre Jouveaux O16 — old vines some were planted in 1910, very clean winemaking, chalky mineral and saline, pure yet concentrated fruit, very Valette style. Possibly one of the best natural white wine I’ve had in 2020.
