Torakuro 寅黒 1st visit — the newest addition to the Ishikawa empire. The Chef spent 10 years at Kohaku (hence the name 寅黒 vs 虎白). The meal started strong with the unusual combination of fukahire and eggplant, which worked very well. Other highlights are amadai in vinegar sauce, grilled suppon, and shirako with grated turnip. Overall a great meal, definitely worth going back. •
